NEWS: The Hunger Games has already sold 1 Million Advance Tickets to the Midnight Premiere

According to Deadline, 1 Million Advance Tickets to The Hunger Games Midnight Premiere has already been sold. This is a very good news. Read the report below:
EXCLUSIVE: Crazy speculation that Lionsgate’s The Hunger Games could gross $125 million its opening 3-day weekend beginning this Friday is more and more looking like reality. Even inside-the-studio estimates have cautiously been raised from $75M to $95+M. Already, the hotly anticipated film has pre-sold over a whopping 1 million tickets on big online sellers Fandango and combined. Yesterday, the pic sold 83,000 tickets alone on Fandango. This movie based on the bestselling trilogy of novels by Suzanne Collins has turnedTwilight-like huge for Lionsgate which was badly in need of a franchise. But unlike Twilight which attracted predominantly a female audience, The Hunger Games could attract younger males as well as younger and older females. Exactly how much the studio can gross for the first weekend depends on how many screenings each theater can pack into 72 hours by finding enough staff willing to work the extra hours and keep the pic running continuously. Tracking continues to amaze Hollywood which knows a blockbuster like this is great for the industry.

Also, here's a report from The Hollywood Reporter predicting what records the movie could break.
The wildly anticipated big-screen adaptation of Suzanne Collins' dystopian best-selling novel has presold out nearly 2,000 screens, Fandango announced Tuesday. The company said that the film is garnering 92% of its daily sales and has already surpassed the first Twilight film's presales numbers.
Tracking estimates put its box-office take at $85 million at the most conservative, with studio insiders saying that it could reach between $130 million to $140 million. That could put it higher than the opening $138.1 million taken in by Breaking Dawn, Part 1, the most recent Twilight film. The film is Fandango's most successful March presale ever.
I can't wait to find out how it all turns out on Monday, after the weekend movie-gross update surfaces.
