PHOTO: New 'Catching Fire" set photo: New District Justice Building being built in Atlanta!

Yesterday, we had our first glimpse at Sam Claflin and Josh Hutcherson on set of The Hunger Games Catching Fire. And earlier today, more pictures from the Catching Fire set have surfaced online, featuring Josh and some of the other tributes. Now, we're getting a look at an almost completely built Justice Building!

We don't know exactly which District this Justice Building is for, knowing that each district has this kind of establishment where the reapings are being held yearly. But looking at it, it kind of resembles the District 12 Justice Building that we all saw in The Hunger Games, with just a different color.
