A few weeks ago, a photo of a new District Justice Building being built in Atlanta for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has surfaced online. Today, we're getting another look at the building, which now appears like it's nearly finished.
According to a tweet from @Jeff_Holmes:
“The reaping stage set for #HungerGames #CatchingFire is being built at the Goat Farm.”
