@NomRag, the instagram user who shared the reaping scene photo from the Catching Fire set at Goat Farm in Atlanta yesterday, shared another photo from the set today with the message: "#HungerGames is at it again. #Effie is on set today way back there. #CatchingFire #ElizabethBanks #Atlanta#ATL #filming"

It's kind of hard to make out, but it looks like the pinkish/whitish figure on the stage of the Justice Building is Effie, as what @Nomrag said.
