OMG OMG OMG! We were sort of surprised when Lionsgate announced, after releasing two portraits, that there will still be another one released today. So here it is, the official Capitol Portrait of none other than our girl on fire, Katniss Everdeen! The next clue is #EccentricAndElectric and the portrait will be unveiled at 10am PT tomorrow! The new, yet somewhat similar to Katniss' chair is below!
