Mattel released a Katniss Barbie doll last year for The Hunger Games, and now according to the website The Doll Genie, they will be releasing new dolls for Catching Fire.
The 2013 Hunger Games Catching Fire KATNISS Barbie #X8251 will be released in October. Official Mattel images of the exact doll are not available but we are hoping that she will replicate this image. As soon as we have more details we will post them for you! This image is from the Hunger Games Catching Fire Movie Promo material and modified to include the item code numbers of the Mattel dolls to be released this fall.
Aside from a Katniss Doll, Peeta, Finnick, & Gale dolls are also on the way according to these descriptions (links). Will you be buying them when they get released? Tell us in the comments.
