NEWS: Mysterious "Stand By" message appears at TheCapitol.pn, likely hints at teaser trailer for 'Mockingjay Part 1'

For some weeks now, the world of The Hunger Games fandom has been suffering from an excruciating hiatus for updates related to the two-part conclusion of The Hunger Games film series - Mockingjay Part 1 and Part 2. Sure, we got some exclusive first look at some of the characters in Mockingjay through TheHungerGamesExclusive.com a month ago. But now, it seems like promotion for Mockingjay is well underway as a mysterious message telling "us" citizens of Panem to "standby for further declarations" appears on Lionsgate's Hunger Games promotion website, TheCapitol.pn. Sounds so intriguing!
A fan on Twitter (RonnieLauth) checked the page source for the website and a "teaser" keyword appeared. We are really hoping that this is finally the first trailer reveal for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, or at least the teaser trailer release date and further details.
