PHOTOS: Philip Seymour Hoffman (Plutarch) & an unknown actress spotted on 'Catching Fire' set

Our Plutarch, Philip Seymour Hoffman was spotted on the set of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire today, wearing the same white robe that everybody is wearing in the other set photos that have surfaced online. Interestingly, an unknown actress was also spotted on set, wearing the same pair of shoes as all the other Tributes.
