VIDEO: Toby Jones (Claudius) reveals that 'Catching Fire' film dramatizes the games

Digital Spy caught up with our Claudius Templesmith, Toby Jones at the Evening Standard Film Awards where he talked briefly about Catching Fire and revealed that the second film in the series is weighted in favor of the games.

Jones spoke to Digital Spy at last night’s Evening Standard Film Awards, where he took home the ‘Best Actor’ award for Berberian Sound Studio.

“They want to vary it from the first, but they obviously don’t want to make a complete departure from it,” Jones said, and went on to explain that the second film’s story is more weighted in favor of the games themselves. 

“They’ve got a very different way of dramatising the games in this one,” he concluded.
