RUMOR: UFC Fighter Ronda Rousey offered a role in 'Mockingjay'?

Has casting for Mockingjay already started? Well, New York Post is claiming that UFC fighter Ronda Rousey has been offered a role in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, the upcoming third (and fourth) movie of the series. Please note that this is just a rumor and there is no supporting proof for it. But if it's true, we gotta say that it's way too early. What do you guys think?

The UFC women’s bantamweight champion has been offered a role in a future sequel to “The Hunger Games,” with newly minted Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence, according to Dave Meltzer of “The Wrestling Observer” on his radio show. 

That could be about to reach the next level with her potential involvement in a “Hunger Games” sequel. Lawrence has already filmed “Catching Fire,” the second part of the film series. Presumably, Rousey would be in the third movie.

A source with knowledge of the situation told The Post that “there is a lot of interest in Ronda for movies, but she just won the biggest fight of her career and she’s been focused on that.”

A rep for Rousey had no comment on the “Hunger Games” report.
