OFFICIAL: Evan Ross cast as Messalla on 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2

It was announced today via Twitter by @TheHungerGames that Evan Ross has been cast as Messalla in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay. We know Messalla as a member of the TV crew that films propos in Mockingjay as well as the assistant of director Cressida, who will be played by Natalie Dormer.
